Please encourage President Trump to DECRIMINALIZE (legalize with license requirement)

hemp & marijuana in the United States of America.

...and to free all those in jail for marijuana possession related offenses (excepting murder related).

Here's the simple and logical SuperGreen plan...YOU GET A LICENSE THAT SAYS YOU UNDERSTAND IT'S A DRUG AND YOU AGREE TO NOT DRIVE NOR WORK UNDER THE INFLUENCE. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. (It's like alcohol...but without the suicide element. Enjoyable, but potentially very dangerous.)

Two options for a Federal Marijuana License:

Option 1 (User Card) : $50 annual card fee to the U.S. government whereby you - as a registered user - agree to not operate machinery nor drive within 5 hours of smoked marijuana use or up to 24 hours for consumed edibles (strengths vary) and have in your possession not more than 1 pound.

Option 2 (User/Grower/Seller Card) : $500 annual card fee to the U.S. government whereby you - as a registered grower/distributor/user/seller may grow and/or sell any quantity of hemp or marijuana. 

We estimate that this would generate $1.5 billion dollars annually to the U.S. Treasury in user-fees alone.

Here's our math: 150 million voters. 50% occasionally smoke pot or support legalization/decriminalization. 40% will get "legal" with a card.

We estimate that 100,000 voters will become legal growers/distributors. This will generate an additional $50 million dollars.

The fine for being caught in either circumstance without a license is 10 times the fee and loss of driver's license for 7 days.

The punishment for driving while impaired with marijuana is the same as alcohol use. You are impaired and a danger to the public. Judge decides.

Minimum age to qualify for a Federal Marijuana Card is 17. 

Edibles can be dangerously strong and impair you longer than 24 hours! People need to know this! Most don't.
