Federal Marijuana License Options

User Card

$20 annual card fee to the U.S. government whereby you - as a registered user - agree to not operate machinery nor drive within 5 hours of smoked marijuana use or up to 24 hours for consumed edibles (strengths vary) and have in your possession not more than 1 pound.

User/Grower/Seller Card

$300 annual card fee to the U.S. government whereby you - as a registered grower/distributor/user/seller may grow and/or sell any quantity of hemp or marijuana and export worldwide through the US Postal Service and any other carrier that allows marijuana.

Financial Impact

We estimate that this would generate $1.5 billion dollars annually to the U.S. Treasury in user-fees alone.

Here's our math: 300 million American Citizens that are 17 or older. 50% occasionally smoke pot or support legalization. 40% of those will get 'legal' with a card. (300 million x 50% x 40% = 60,000,000 x $20 = $1,200,000,000. 1.2 billion dollars)

We estimate that 1 million American Citizens will become legal growers/distributors. This will generate an additional $300 million dollars.

Penalties and Rules

The fine for being caught in either circumstance without a license is 10 times the fee and loss of driver's license for 7 days.
The punishment for driving while impaired with marijuana is the same as alcohol use. You are impaired and a danger to the public. Judge decides.
Minimum age to qualify for a Federal Marijuana Card is 17.

Edibles can be extremely strong and impair you longer than 24 hours! People need to know this! Most don't.
